ELECFREAKS Octopus Moisture Sensor (Analog Capacitive Soil) is the soil moisture electric brick in our Octopus series, the basic design is from the Octopus electric bricks and the setting of its outlook, the PCB fixing hole and the connectors are the same.

Adopted the capacitive sensing principle to detect the soil moisture, it perfectly avoids the problem of easy to be corroded of the resistive transducer and greatly extends its service time.
