Smartbitbn.com is another additions to Mydigitalbn Enterprise family after the establishment of mydigitalbn.com under the license P20000839 and falls under sole-proprietorship ownership.
Smartbitbn.com was officially launched on 25 November 2020.
The establishment of Smartbitbn is aligned with Industrial Revolution 4.0 demands and we are here to provide a platform for everyone. Our establishment also in a way to encourage creativity in IT and critical thinking among our students and the people of Brunei.

A) We provide delivery to all areas as follows:

B) Delivery Method are as follows and subject to service availability and your destination:
- Runner service
- Pos Laju
- Other type of delivery
C) Delivery time as follows:
- Runner: 1-2 days usually
- Pos Laju : 2-5 days usually
- Other type of delivery: 1 -3 days
D) Delivery charges
- Free, for total purchase of $130 and above in one receipt
- Small fee of $5, for purchase below $130 in one receipt
Pickup/Own Runner
- Customer may pickup their order from us after we have send notification to confirm their orders have been packed and ready for collection by email notification. (status=processing)
- Customer may pickup their purchased items at our location, Kg Telisai, Tutong
- Pickup at Kg Mentiri only available by request (please contact us first)
- Customer may also use their own runner to collect their orders from us.
Warranty / Liabilities
Warranty
- Our Products comes with 2 months warranty against Manufacturing Defects.
- For products still under warranty, shall there is problem with your purchased product, we will try to fix them first and we will do product replacement whenever required.
- There is no warranty for Electronics components such as capacitor, resistors, switches
- Original receipt must be provided to us when claiming the warranty from us.
Limited Liability
While our products mainly have low risks from major issue, we want to affirm the following limited liability undertaken by smartbitbn:
- Smartbitbn is not responsible for any health effect/ injury/ death resulted from the usage of products from us
- Smartbitbn is not taking responsibility for any damage resulted form the usage of products form this website
